Zebra's Hunting Adventures is offering group courses in 2023.
Group courses will be run from the Eaglevale camp grounds on the Wonnangatta river, west of the township of Dargo. Right in the middle of Sambar deer territory, this location is ideal for training hunters on everything they need to know about hunting Sambar deer on public land. The course will be limited to just 5 participants to keep it very personal and give everyone the opportunity to ask as many questions as they need. All course dates are over a weekend starting with a meet and greet on the Friday afternoon at 3pm. After everyone has been introduced, we will start with a comprehensive review of what gear is required for hunting Sambar deer. We will be actively looking for deer at first light on both Saturday and Sunday and at dusk on Saturday evening. The course will conclude around lunchtime on the Sunday to allow people that have travelled a long distance to arrive home at a reasonable time. During the day, we will be discussing several topics both in the field and back in camp. Although there will be a set curriculum for the weekend, there will be plenty of time to have open chats about any questions participants might have. The course is only limited by the participants' thirst for knowledge.
